Warranty :

 

In addition to manufacturer's warranty, we provide a 30 days DIRECT warranty for all New and used parts, commencing from the date you receive the parts. Any compatibility issue or DOA should be reported to us within 3 days of delivery while all other defects can be reported within the 30 days warranty period. Any defect caused by customer is not covered. Ordering wrong part no. will release us from any responsibility and No warranty will be entertained . In case of a valid RMA, the parts returned should be in original condition as shipped by us. Return shipping instructions will be provided upon the issuance of RMA no. If there is any defect found in the parts by customers, fill out the RMA form and we will issue an RMA # to request a return for the merchandise. Returning without authorization / RMA # will void any warranty. If there is no problem found in screen on testing then we will void warranty and charge a 30% restocking fee & return back the parts. Alternatively, if the parts are found faulty then the customer will be offered equivalent replacements (if in stock) or repair for the original parts (if possible) and if none of the above options are avail., then the final option will be full refund equal to the cost of parts less fees. In case if you received a broken screen, immediately return it to the courier and inform us, rest communication will be between us and courier and on the resolution of the issue (3 days - 2 weeks), buyer will be given an option for a full refund or replacement or no refund depending upon the validity of case as reported by Courier.

RMA Instructions

 

1. Please fill out the RMA Request Form at this link and fax to 419 730 4382.
2. Do not ship defective product until you receive an RMA number from us.
3. All returns require an RMA number, which must be prominently displayed on the box.
4. Product must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issuance or the warranty may be void.
5. All RMA items must be returned in their original condition including original packaging.
6. Warranties are void if manufacturer serial numbers have been removed.
7. No RMA's can be entertained after warranty is expired.
